Exchanges:
This is possible if the item is returned unworn, unbroken and with the original invoice within 14 days for equal or greater valued item. Return shipping cost to me is at your expense, and there is a processing fee of $10.00. In order to exchange and item(s) the payment, item(s) and receipt of exchanged item(s) must be received before the new shipment goes out.
Broken items:
The materials I use are strong enough to survive shipping. Should you receive an item that has been broken such as a glass bead please let me know and we can work something out to get it repaired. However if you wear the item and break it or lose it I am not responsible for the repair or replacement the item.
Refunds:
All sales are final. Special circumstances can be reviewed but
does not guarantee a refund will be issued. Lost items will be
replaced or refunded **depending on circumstances as they
are protected by insurance.
